Hey all,

Not sure if at 180L its still classified as a nano? but anyway as anyone seen this tank / setup ?

any comments/feedback or reviews on the tank would be appreciated.
 
Not really, generally a nano is under 130 litres. Have you got any links or pics of this tank?

I tell you what, that tanks looks pretty ok, it comes with a chiller which is a big bonus, that's already probably about R2500 on it's own, it also comes with a 150w MH, LED moonlights, cooling fans etc. etc. Just from reading about it I would say it looks pretty good, although it's difficult to be sure unless you have seen it in the flesh.

Yes you could probably also get a 3 or 4ft tank for that price, but then sit down and start working out all of the individual costs of chillers, lights, skimmers etc. etc. I think you'll probably come pretty close to the same figure as the price of this tank. The benefit of doing it "DIY" is you can spread the costs out, buy a skimmer this month, chiller next month and so on.

If I was you I would work out all of your equipment requirements, tank size, stand, sump etc. Get Dorry Pets or anyone else to quote you for everything and then see how that compares to the price of this tank.
 
That would make a great frag tank, need to start watching the for sale forums
