I started filling up from the intake side first is it normal for the water to be filling up all 4 chambers at once? I was thinking it would cascade from the second chamber to the 3 and finally 4 where the return pump is. Any thoughts guys?

Mine does the same.......unless it appears that the pen stocks have been modified I won't be too worried
Ok I thought it would be sealed completely at the bottom to make sure all water goes the correct way.
On second thought .... What about evaporation ? Won't all 4 chambers then drop ? Whereas only the first 2 chambers should drop...
