lol, chris was pulling him out the tank and wasnt paying attention ,too busy talking crap, and next minute WHAM!!!!! the bugger closed on his fingure, almost a minute later he mannaged to get his (now blue) finger out. dont underestimate their strength

2 x venture 250 mhs "omg i actually cant remember the kalvin rating" too many black labels already. 6 dazs 20k kalvin 3ft(awesome hair algae factories to make food for my surgeons, im not joking) , 4 ati pure 3ft, 2 sylavania 13k kalvin
 
Wow really like this tank as Ivan has stated watch the PB first sign of stress are those stress bars that appear, other wise very impressive.
 
thanks al, im starting to stress about the pb............... just went to check on him now. not looking so bad mabee i just pissed him off chasing him around to take a pic. also dnt forget he hasnt even been in his new home for 48 hours
 
Sorry didn't mean to stress you out, just keep an eye on him and make sure he has plenty norri to munch on.
 
i love them too, they just make such a mess of my tank. i guess they are just doing their job. these guys eat anything.... sea veggies, chunks of fish and mussels you name it

What is the tin foil around the UV for ?
 
its a cheap unit and there was quite a bit of uv light coming out there so i thought rather stay on the safe side
