i have a black urchin i swopped for a piece of coral for sale.
reason for selling: i already have a long spined urchin in my tank that is devastating my coraline algae.
i think 2 is to much!!!

will happily swop for a nice frag :)

hey guys, i have a 200l tank. would keeping 2 jumping beans be a bad idea???
everytime i see them in the pet store they are all in different tanks. never together... would hell break loose if i put 2 in the same tank?

    guru's.
i have a friend who has a really bad algae breakout due to shoddy lighting he had running. (hair algae, macro etc)
would an urchin eat this algae?
or do they only eat coraline?

urchins will eat a variety of agae including corraline.. they are fast growers and are even capable (when bigger) of dislodging rockwork). i definatley will be putting 2 in my tank but will be keeping an eye on the.. in general a good thing to have...
