The demand for shipping fish all over SA (not only tropicals but marines as well) is growing exponentially!!
This forced us to look at a better way to service our clients.
Rasta and Eliah came up with this brilliant idea
DEDICATED CUSTOMER QUARANTINE/HOLDING SYSTEMS
We decided to dedicate all the open aquariums in my office as customers QT systems.

this is a WIN = WIN situation and lessen the chances of cross contamination and losses

- You know they will constantly be under my personal supervision
- You know your specimens are separated from the rest of the shop
- Your specimens will get the best care possible
- These systems are healthy
- Your specimens are in top condition when it is shipped OR you pick it up
- You can actually ask us to keep it longer than normal
How does it work:
- You fill in the QT form
- You buy your specimens and pay the first weeks QT fee
- Eliah / Rasta place them in QT
- Talita takes over and notify you that they are in QT
- Every week you pay the QT fee till they are out
- You pick them up from Talita when you are ready OR
- Talita ship to you ASAP
