So would adding "normal" glutamine work? I'm thinking about the EAS, USN or Muscle Science stuff.

The reason given is that the amino acids making up the hormone are used by corals - the hormone itself is basically just an expensive source of amino acids.

Agreed - if I recall correctly this is also the reason the food is refrigerated as it causes the GH to breakdown and release AA's.
