moving anemone

want to know if there us a way to keep anemone in one place it's always moving on my glass

 

That's not a good thing. An unhappy anemone moves around. It will normally find a spot that it's happy in and stay there.

you need to create an island on its own. Get it to stick to a rock.hopefully with correct lighting and flow it will stay there.
I think you need to check KH, Cal and Mg
