Live rock/rubble [where to buy]

Hey all,

Getting back into the hobby after 10years.

I'm really struggling to find live rock, preferably cured/cooked. It used to be freely available, but doesn't seem to be the case anymore.

I want to use a bit to seed dead live rock for a new cycle.
Can anyone recommend a store where I can buy some? Or does everyone now a day just go with bottled bac?

Where? was it not always illegal to collect from rock pools?
Also been out of the game for a long time so may be wrong.

I have dry live rock around 50kgs that i will be selling, but I am Durban based.

It wasn't illegal collections in SA, they came in with shipments to LFS from Indonesia/Philippines etc.

Oops misread your message "freely" not free. New regulation on the live rock, well that was what I was told a few years ago.

Powerlabs says they stock it on their website, but I haven't managed to get a response from them. I've had success with AF Life Source for seeding.
