Got home yesterday afternoon to find my lawnmower blenny dead. 
He was one of my very first fish I bought when I started about 3 yrs ago.
The skin around his stomach was "sunken" in. Almost like it was stretched for some time. I've seen him with a very bloated stomach once, but it got better.
Sad day..
