Anemone going inbetween rocks

Hi guys

I moved some rocks over the weekend and my anemone has now started moving around probably looking for better light or flow.

My question is if i should help it out in between the rocks or if i should leave it to do its thing. I'm just worried it goes between them and gets damaged.

hi bud dont worry about it just let it find its own happy place , we do more damage by fiddling with them , also itl probably just move again when it wants to

Thank you, I appreciate it. I'll leave it and just keep an eye on it every day to check that it looks fine and will come post back here in a week or two
