How long has your tank been running?
Did you test the new water that the main parameters like alk, temp, pH matches that of the tank water before adding it to the tank?
Why a 25% water change?

Tank age 6 months. Water change due to a bit higher phosphate that is 0.5.

Was the nem ok before the water change? Bit odd that it is sitting on the zoas. Did it move to its current position after the water change?

He was OK. Today it has lost it sticking ability. Can't stick to rock and is upside down. I turned it up many times but still it goes upside down.

Put it in a hospital tank, but I doubt he will make it unfortunately. Once they start falling over and have a gaping mouth, it's generally too late.

But gaping mouth is closed today. I have observed since morning .... It's mouth is closed since morning but it can not grip on stones.

Give it time, do not bother it. If the anemone decides to duck in under a rock, let him be. Will come out when he is ready.

That nennie looks like its game over for it, and if you do not remove it, you may suffer other losses Imo.

Is there any possibility the Nennie and zaos are at war with the nennie losing.

Zoa's and Nem at War??? But I have read that Nem has poisoning tentacles. Then how zoa's can fight.. not sure asking for more info on this pls.

@Ghazanfar Just a note that IMO that a tank at 6 months it is still not ready to keep a nennie, they do well in well established stable tanks. if your are doing big water changes to get the Phosphates down just tells me that your system is not stable enough. If the tank is ready it does not mean you are ready in terms of knowing your system and keeping it stable to provide a secure environment for all the critters you want to keep. Apologies if this sounds harsh, this is not to crap you out :m85:

I sincerely hope your nennie pulls through

Joshua as a junior of this hobby I would feel happy for suggestion from senior members like you and others. I also tend to agree with you regarding my tank matuarity. As today in morning my nem started to kinda dissolve... Due to which I had to pull it out.... It was all squeezed like used tissue paper and it also started to loose it's arms and kinda those arms were dissolving .. pulled it out...
