What's the point of these half hearted adverts. It also annoys me when this happens. I don't see any reason why they can't respond with a simple yes or no. Gone are the days when the customer is right.
Forums are supposed to make things easier, why must we pick up the phone and call, when this is a good enough platform.
Prices may be good, but for me personally, service trumps that.

Seeing that the usual bandwagon jumpers are throwing their 1 zimbabwean cents around, let the queen of bitching about sponsors have his high horse kick his soapbox around...
I very seldom shop at said sponsor, although visit on a relatively regular occasion.... they just dont do enough sps for me.....
nor do i have any affiliation with him or any one for that matter.
Why can he not respond... have you ever considered that said sponsor is merely excersizing his right as a sponsor to advertise within the rules of the forum?
I dont recall rules of sponsorship demanding or stipulating continuous interaction on the forum.. it is his right to post his ad, with prices and have his current customers as well as potential customers who are on the forum either get to his shop or call or email.
If he is losing potential customers because he does not jump on MASA at every opportunity to interact with internet reefers, thats his business, not yours.
The customer might never be wrong, but neither is he always right.
On my visits to his store, I see him interacting with customers, making sales, giving advice on a ine on one basis.
That is how he chooses to do business. Let him.
Advertise here, and those who really want to will make the effort to contact him.
Why exactly is his ad half hearted? He gave his prices / ad, stuck to the rules by doing it under the correct forum, ie his own and not the sponsor specials page, although, I suspect his prices probably beat specials of some other lfs,

Instead of bitching about him not replying to someone else questions, ever consider that he has not been on line on masa since posting this ad. I wasnt aware of the rules of the forum demanding a regular presence to answer questions on the forum.
Yes, forums make things easier, but they are not intended to spoon feed people and please, if you have an opinion about the forum, or if its not up to what you deem a forum should be, you can contact the mods via pm or there is a forums suggestion sub forum here somewhere. Or, you can......

Learn to use the forum, accept that not everyone is here at your beck and call, they might, just might, be busy giving service to their current client database.

He hasnt been on line since posting the ad, deal with it.
