Hey guys
so after having given up the hobby for about 4 years, I have settled into Cape Town and decided that it was time to get stuck into the addiction again.
I purchased this neat little curved glass Boyu with built in lights and filter compartment and thought it would be a great starter for me here in Cape Town. The tank is about 85 litres, and the filter compartment has been packed with activated carbon and Juwel Phorax.
After coming from a 1m by 1m cube (my previous tank in the Eastern Cape), it is needless to say I am enjoying the less maintenance that a small tank holds, doing 20% water changes weekly.
I have the following fish in the setup:
2x Bangaii Cardinals
1x Clown
1x Scopas (which is too big and needs to be sold to an owner with a bigger tank)
1x Sleeper Gold Head Goby
Corals:
Hollywood Chalice
Purple Stylophora
Zoas
Mushrooms
Acros
Digi's
Elegance
Purple Bubble tip anemone
Keen to see this little gem grow and wanted to share the progress and learnings with you guys
