Reefsafe puffer fish?

I went to a lfs today and the lady there told me that there are reef safe puffers. Is this true? I have never heard of that before?

nope lol, If you get a reef safe puffer, its one in a thousand, have heard they eat everything

My BF has 4 different species of puffers, some even eat sinularia, pincushions and shrooms....
