Where MASA hacked today? Could not get to the site in the last 30min

What is the benefit of hacking MASA? Can a person be that bored to hack a forum?
I do understand that one hacks passwords for pay-sites, to get in for free. But MASA?

sounds like someone from the PE diving crew,

It wasn't really the site that was hacked but more the control panel for it. Somehow managed to "suspend" the site and get his name on the suspended account page. More than likely he doesn't even know about masa but just ran some script that finds sites and uses known exploits.
