Hi guys... Tank been running for a week now... Must i wait for a month before i add chaeto?

As far as i know you can add it to your tank now. Plus it will give your pod populasion a head start by not having any preadators eating them yet.

1 more thing.... Do i have to have a dsb or can i just leave it on the bottom for now with the light on?

yeah you can just leave it on the bottom with the light on.
