I think its 199 per kit. So on razor you just have to do the outer units so thats 400 total.

Hard to judge from the pictures, but it just seems the corals are less open after the LED.?
 
I have been phasing in the light so that the corals can get used to the lights. As of today I am running at max 60% and today already I saw a huge improvement in the corals. The corals seemed alot happier.
