Hi guys..What fish can i add that will get rid of the bubble algae and the green hair algae?thanks in advance

No fish that I know of will eat bubble algae. Emerald crabs are said to eat it but you can just wiggle the stuff loose between your fingers and remove it. They are quiet tough and bounce if you throw them carefully, so dont stress.

Tangs, certain blennies will eat GHA but dont rely on them to do that

what i hear is that you must not pop bubble algea? it will spread?

African Pygmy Turbo Snails!!! They are like Ninja's in the Algea world!!!

They are stronger than poeple think they are and can be removed by wiggling them gently till they come loose. On the other hand, I have popped one or two before in the tank and never had a problem. I think when the bubble goes clear opposed to green, then the alga has gone sexual and then the alga can spread. Another option is to remove the rock if you can, and remove the bubbles by scrubbing the rock with a nylon brush and rinsing the rock off.

use the handle end of a teaspoon, a round end, and try to wiggle that underneath. It got a small root like structure. Just take them out before they mature. Do not pop them. Switch the powerheads off first, alse if you drop one, it blows around in the tank and you cannot catch it.

Will a little convict tang help?
Dazz, convicts eat hair algae like crazy, dont know about the bubble stuff, you can easily go catch some in some local rock ponds/tidal pools. they also look pretty cool in the tank and so far I haven't seen any that get to aggro with other tangs except amongts themselves, catch 1 or 3!

Shot for all the help:)also gonna try some african pygmy turbo snails aswel:)
