Please can someone tell me if it is possible to load a Word Doc...if yes can you tell me how to upload it...
 
not sure.Try copy text and paste
 
Click on 'Post Reply' or 'Go Advanced', then click on the little icon that looks like a paperclip.
 
Viper can spreds/graphs also be uploaded that way?
If they are done in Microsoft Word or Excel then yes. If you are using a different program then let me know the file extension and I can add it to the list.

Natural Sea Water (NSW) contains hundreds of elements that are suspended throughout the water column and are essential to the well being of the animals that live there. Elements such as Iodine, Magnesium, Calcium, Iron, Strontium, Boron, Potassium etc. These levels rarely change by substantial amounts meaning these creatures are used to specific consistent water parameters day in day out.

May I suggest that you just change the wording of this quoted paragraph somewhat... the elements highlighted in blue DOES change quite dramatically in a marine tank, and could / do require supplementation.
