Hi Guys. Please help
My zoas were booming at one stage then suddenly started shrinking and disappearing one by one. I have declared war on the asterina starfish and can't find a single one anymore but its still not improving. My other inverts such as leather and mushroom corals and even the bubble tips are growing and multiplying.

Any help please

It's difficult to say, I've had some zoa's that flourish while others just slowly disappear over time, in the same tank, very frustrating. If your parameters are all in order and you can't find any predators then it's a bit of a guessing game. Have you had any temperature swings lately?

i have had the same problem in the past,
it is currently happening in my tank at the moment.

Something else I noticed was these white patches on my leather coral. could it me related? I just blasted it with a baster and sucked out the hole's to see if anything came out. (only tissue)
could the symptoms be related?
