I have started getting some strange white/cream coloured dots on my zoanthids, not sure what it's from or if anyone has any tips on how to get rid of them?

Will it spread to other soft corals?
Is it light related? They are quite low at the bottom of the tank should I move them higher?

check out if it could be zoa pox.
It will spread if left untreated.

It does look like pox... Or has there been some temperature swings in your tank??
If they were doing well there before, then I won't think it was lighting issue...
You can uses Furan-2 to treat for pox....
