    Howzit man so in the horizon aqua app in the options menu theres a "Moon Light" button. Slide it back and forth a couple of times. It will deactivate the blue rim.

    Thanks!!! Will give it a try.Just another question..Is there anyway that it automatically turns off when the main lights go off at night?If not then i will just turn it of manually.

    Hi. No, hopefully if the App gets and update again this will be improved. For now you have to turn them on/off manually by clicking the button a few times till it works.

    Got them up and running , they ship with separate power supplies like the old Z7000 unlike the Z7200 that has the small black unit in the box. If you get them make sure its the correct unit. Tank is empty at the moment ....ICK so will wait until mid Aug to see fish colours

    Well its an upgrade from old Z7000 that was on and its wifi controlled. The moonlight strips actually works and they are black etc

    Too early to review thou .

    What I can say for the price its worth it vs what you get

    I did like the optical sphere led look on the Z7000 more thou.

    Worth the money yes.

    Hi everyone

    I bought the 7300 yesterday and I’m way too excited to delay setting it up. I followed the instructions till the early hours of this morning but can’t seem to connect and control the light.
    My apologies if this was already discussed but I’m not able to find anything online with connecting the light control via Wi-Fi to my phone(horizon app). I thought I’ll check here before asking the shop I bought the unit.

    If it's anything like the others, at the start it should be broadcasting its own wifi where you should be able to connect to it. Once you're connected to its wifi hotspot using your phone you'll then be able to find it using the Horizon app. From the app you'll then be able to configure it to join your home wifi.

    This is how I did mine .

    Connect the lights up but keep power supply off.

    Connect the wifi controller and use app to detect wifi module .

    Go into the wifi module ZBOX...... wou will see all the light settings there.

    Top right corner ...go into menu and select matching.

    Matching will open another tab with a progress bar .

    Once progress bar running switch light on at power supply .

    Light will flash .

    Close matching tab and lights will work

    You should be able to adjust lights by unlocking the " lock" tab .

    Did two lights from one controller like this ...switched both lights on at the same time.

    Was under the impression that :

    6600 = 7200
    6800 = 7300

    That's the sales pitch I got :001_huh:
