Anybody have some tips for me I moslty have hammers and torches in my tank. Whats the best settings to use ?

Those lights are not great for corals unfortunately. They are OK for softies…. And fish only tanks.

For shallow systems they can be used (30/40cm) but dont expect too much growth or colour.
