    Lol I saw these before, very nice, only one flaw I see with it, When you lean over the tank to look at the centre of the tank you will block the light and be looking in a shadow.... but thats only for the low ones ofcause.

    yes and i think that a system like this could catch alot of dust and lets not forget the evaporation rate will be crazy!
    But i still want one:whistling:

    Looks really nice, but flow pumps will ruin the look of the water surface and cause splashing (guess that's why I don't see any in these tanks).

    This brings me to the question - isn't the lack of good flow going to negatively impact the health of the system in the long run in terms of detritus settlement, etc?

    You will be very limited fish wise as a open tank like these is a carpet surfers dream! :lol:

    Try and keep snails inside that tank.

    One nice snail on the outside, and a nice water feature on to the floor. Wow.
