    Already thought of that and maid a post on there site.
    But as you know there is only one forum in this world and its this one.
    Out of the thousands of members only one welcomed me and still did not help me with my problem.

    So i will give it some time. Maybe those Americans will wakeup and not be selfish with there knowledge.

    Hi Schaun!

    I have used the Zeovit method some years back with awesome results. I have discontinued it and started using Neozeo, due to to the original Zeovit not being available in SA.
    The system is completely different from our normal DSB systems. Zeovit is a bacteria driven filtration system with basically a drop of this and that. I suggest downloading the guide from www.zeovit.com , it will give you a good understanding about the method.
    I recommend this system to any advanced reefer who is aiming for ultra low nutrients.

    Hey Schaun

    How it works is quite a long and involved process that needs to be strictly adhered to. As Mek said, download the zeovit guide from here http://www.korallen-zucht.de/index.php?article_id=1&clang=1 and print it out, there is a lot to learn and you would do well in reading up on it everyday until you fully understand the whole process and how it all works. I have printed it out and it is in a file in the bathroom for some light reading now and again. :p There's a lot to learn and understand.

    Here are some links for you;

    Zeovit tank cycle - http://www.korallen-zucht.de/en/service/initial-cycle-just-14-days/

    http://www.marineaquariumsa.com/showthread.php?t=15097

    http://www.marineaquariumsa.com/showthread.php?t=11165

    We also have our own 'zeovit' forum - http://www.marineaquariumsa.com/forumdisplay.php?f=181

    Zeovit is also known as an LNS or ULNS system:
    LNS = Low Nutrient System
    ULNS = Ultra Low Nutrient System

    I would definitely recommend it, but the availability of the zeovit products in SA is almost non-existent, so you will need to source the products from overseas or try and locate equivalent products available in SA.

    Rather go for the neozeo method. It follows the same principles as the zeovit method but the neozeo products are readily available in South Africa through brightwell, and they are relatively cheap. Just don't under estimate the time required to dose and monitor everything. My tank has reached really low nutrients now and I have to start dosing amino acids and all the other stuff which is starting to get expensive.
