Bought a nice looking pair on Tuesday this week.
Look very healthy and quickly settled into a burrow made by the sleeper goby.

Next day they both went AWOL and I haven't seen them since.
I know wrasses do this when first introduced, appearing many days later.
Do these gobies do similar? Hiding out in a hidden burrow for a few days?

I've got lots of hiding places in the tank so it is possible they are positioned so as not to be seen from the outside.

    Some input appreciated.

[side note, bought from Northlands Pets. Chris has generously offered to credit me if they dont reappear. Very good of him I must say. Will definitely make me a loyal repeat customer. Of course I hope replacement is not necessary]

Mine did the same, was missing for about a week. I don't think you must worry to much.

    I did think of that.
I've done a few looks around the tank externals and cant see anything.
I do have euro bracing all round, hopefully limiting the risk.
Will have another look in all the hard to see places around the tank frame
