Not sure. Max size is about 10cm.

Being Venomous there will not be a lot of reefers willing to keep them. But interesting little fish.

    Like a foxface then?

My foxface zapped me on the back of my finger. Like a supercharged bee sting.

You're not allowed to sell local fish, and I've never seen this species imported. It is very common in KZN though.

Swapping, selling, donating, trading etc. not allowed for any locally collected stock as per new permits.
That is why it is critical that you really only take what you are sure you want, and know what it is what you collected. Once you removed it, it can go no-where except to your tank.

Gesiggie, just want to make sure i understand correctly, you caught a fish and then if you don't want it you not aloud to put it back in the ocean at same spot you caught it.

Dorry you are allowed to return fish where you caught them from, just not sell, trade, etc.

Never return fish back to where you caught them. You don't know what disease or parasites it might have picked up form your tank mates so you by releasing it you could do some real harm to our coastline.
Only catch what you need and can comfortably house.

Thank you 459B, i see lots of butterfly's and angle fish, don't like to remove any fish from the ocean. Nothing wrong with that but I prefer to buy my fish from LFS.
