    Hi

Came across this article with stunning photo of Xmas tree worm rock. http://reefbuilders.com/2013/07/02/xmas-tree-worm-rock-porites-corals-due-comeback/

Xmas tree worms has always been one of my favorite animals to observe when diving and would be a stunning addition visually to a tank as they add color and movement.

I have not looked at them for years as a potential for an aquarium addition, as I recalled from my original research that they were considered very difficult to keep alive (although there host coral is easy).

We can now keep NPS and other filter feeders with greater success, has any progress been made with Xmas tree worms?

Has anyone had any success with keeping them and have you seen any at LFS stocking them?

Yip, this was the original article I read (and made me decide not to get them). It is however more than 10 years old and written at a time when we were struggling to keep Porites. Hoping to get something more recently on them.

PS funny that we try to feed their butts, wonder with how many other corals we are doing it?
