    Nope @dallasg
    Its a Cone.

Basically you get 3 types of cones. Those that eat worms, others that eat mollusc and then the fish hunters. And it is these that are very poisonous. And that harpoon can reach all the way back to the back of their shells. So be careful when you pick up one of these shells, they can hit you. Dead or alive, as you do not know if its dead. Although the actual occurrences of cones poisoning people are low, they can sting you.

And a cone and a Strombus look very alike. Their shell structure looks very similar. Strombus got a single "dent" in its shell along the opening, where cone opening is a straight line to the back. In that dent is where the one eye of the Strombus sticks out.

Talking about Strombus, they can hurt you as well, actually they are more prone to hit your fingers than Cones. Their operculum (that flap that closes on the opening when pulled back into the shell) got a very sharp point at the back. And they can flick that out at a great speed, sticking it into your flesh. Although not poisonous, its likely to enter deep and hurt a lot. Strombus is one of the only snail species who actually can defend themselves against Muricidea snails with that dagger.

I got a Strombus in my tank, great detritus feeder and nice to have. And it did nail me once, luckily on my thump nail.... luckily. I felt it hitting me and can only imagine how painful it would have been if it did strike flesh.
