The world’s smallest aquarium has no filter, no heater and definitely no vortechs, but it does have tiny fish and pieces of algae shaped into larger looking plants. At just over an inch/3cm long and holding just 10 ml of water, this work of aquatic miniaturization is the latest creation by Russian miniaturist Anatoly Konenko. This fully stocked tank is so small that it qualifies perhaps as a femto-sized aquarium, or maybe just the bottom end of the pico-weight category. Either way, a saltwater tank this small would have to have a cover to prevent huge salinity swings from the evaporation. Continue reading for the video tank build of the world’s smallest aquarium.

He he. Now he can carry his tank in his pocket. All around the country. And for evaporation- just blow over the tank.
