    Please can someone tell me if it is possible to load a Word Doc...if yes can you tell me how to upload it...

    If they are done in Microsoft Word or Excel then yes. If you are using a different program then let me know the file extension and I can add it to the list.

    Nice article. Why did you not just cut and paste it into a new thread? This article should also be posted in the MASApedia, I think.

    May I suggest that you just change the wording of this quoted paragraph somewhat... the elements highlighted in blue DOES change quite dramatically in a marine tank, and could / do require supplementation.
