Why is my bubble tip doing this ?

I have had him for a while now around 3 or so months. After some time he started to grow or loose half of the tentacles. Sometimes when I feed him they all get puffy. I feed mysis and/or coralific delite which he likes. He hasn’t moved from this first spot I put him in. Light is off centered from him and flow is medium.

looks to be healthy but looks like something is stinging it on that side, that is the only thing i can think of as your parameters look good

I’m so confused on it. I think I’m going to buy one of those nem glass cups and put him in there. Any tips on removing it from rock ?
