    Damn Dean , I wish......it is from a viewpoint in the nature reserve. My house is bout 400 m from the ocean

    Ja , I cant complain too much....especially now that the whales are here , we counted a pod of 7 / 8 day before yesterday . Lovely breaching & bobbing behavior as well as 2 calves .

    They were a bit far out for decent pics (I only have a 300 mm lens) , but last year they were VERY close...will see what the season comes up with :)

    Lol Lean , with the weather now clearing up you and the family really need to come over for a weekend...we will do the CT thing, snoek & wine / beer :)

    Dude dont be a wuss u not in the sticks:biggrin: 92km to capetown is nothing - I have guys from lenasia travel to pretoria Daily 1 way trip 110km to 120km for their work.

    I stay in Sandbaai dallas , just before Hermanus itself...we still have some dirt roads :lol:

    LOL bud , I am from GP myself so yes thats not far ....BUT in CT terms 10 kms needs a picnic basket :whistling:
