Well, since it's still too cold for catching marine tropicals in front of my house in PE, I decided to have a walk on the beach with my old man and set a new personal record - we found 29 paper Nautilus shells. There are always a few of them that get washed in after storms at this time of year, but this must be a record...

Well, Jozi was a real miserable place today. Wet, cold, overcast and looked just like London.
Traffic in and around Joburg is crazy. Even with some hail at places. Luckily I took the Gautrain out of there. But still, was a mission to get to the station dry.

The sea is DEAD flat, fairly warm (17) and clean and I'm sitting behind a desk for the next 7 hours.

You are so lucky to have such a beautiful view...we had one a while back...so beautiful, that it was hard not to take a photo...you can only see 1 other person in the parking lot taking a picture also, but trust me...there was about 9 of us...:p...just about everyone got out of their cars and took a photo when they wanted to see what I was taking a photo of...

im logging trees with a chain saw and horse back riding most of the day, which is about the same as sitting behind a desk. Bloody firewood has to be logged, cut and packed in the next few weeks.
