why does water level drop on skimmer?

    hi guys..I recently got a ro ps 5000int skimmer.i have set it up but notice that immediately after feeding frozEn foods the water level inside skimmer just drops. .wat causes it n how can I resolve it? bb pump is working fine so not sure whats causing it

    cant explain it but its norma, it will be back to normal in 10 min after feed

    Its the oils of the food that causes it...like nur said..it will go back to normal after a while...

    The surface tension of the bubbles change due to oils in the food, making them pop easier, thus not maintaining the "bubble/water" level in the skimmer. Dont re adjust, it'll return to the set level.
