Why? It seems a lot of guys have issues with it.

I use it a lot and follow the simple rule
Note that the Maximum image size is 1024x768 and 225kb.

I just wished that I can select multiple pictures together, and upload them in one go.

So what is your issues with it?

Had a very frustrating hour trying to do some "quick" uploads. On three pic's.

Hmmm.... IMO it needs to be made a lot more user friendly to stop reluctance to post pic's.

Have you seen the Image Uploader link in the navbar at the top of the page? You can upload 5 images at a time. Marine Aquariums of South Africa

It will resize the image dimensions from 1920x1080 down to 1024x768 but it will not change the filesize.

The image uploader software was written many moons ago and the author abandoned it a long time ago as well, so it never has and never will be updated unfortunately, we have to either put up with what we have or remove it completely.

Yeah, that is sadly a limit that I can not change, I wish I could but it doesn't allow for it. :(

Facebook takes any size file...if you open a image that has not been resized in fb it takes longer to open than a resized one and cost more to download due to the size of the image...can you imagen opening a tread here with a 20mb file of picks and there is 10 guys in one thread uploading 20mb pic files...it wiL take forever to open threads..
