Who of you likes or uses fireworks this time of year ?

Well, I like it but never really my own, but tonight we will have our own little display but it will be at the local dump site not to upset my dogs and the rest

Not a fan for that reason. Good on you for doing it at a dump but remember that sound carries.

I love looking at Fireworks, as do my kids, but I hate the bombs/crackers etc in town, because of the noise towards animals. I have 5 Dogs, and they go bezirk whenever someone shoots these big "bangy" bombs.

So yeah, if outside of town, away from houses and the farmers dogs, I would say anytime

the fireworks in norway are known to be spectacular and people spend masses on private shows which looks fantastic but realy play havoc with animals. Its estimated that the average spend on fireworks for tonight will be over 1.500 which is hectic seeing as its just going to light the clouds....being above the town slightly means we will have a beautiful display tonight though...thanks others:)

I hate fireworks... They're really nice to look at, but the damage it does to our Staffies is just not worth it. We have some folks in out neighborhood that use them at all the major "religious" holidays, including Diwali, Christmas, New Year, etc.... While I have nothing against the religious holidays and people celebrating them, I have a huge problem with the fireworks in our neighborhood... We have a lot of dogs in our suburb...

I feel I will just be burning money, then looking in the sky and saying "yay". Rather buy an Acropora colony for that money.
