Tridan caught me one of these cute little fish this weekend. I see that they eat tunicates, sponges, copepods and invertebrates. Anyone now of a reason not to add to a reef tank?

No Mudshark - this fish should definitely be ok in your tank.

If your tank is big enough for it (25cm) and if you don't want shrimp etc.

I placed this fish into my kitchen mixed reef with various shrimp on Saturday. Not a good idea. He started snacking on porites polyps straight away. He also went up to the shrimp with a look in his eyes, that said, "yummy". It would only have been a question of time.

So he's looking for a good home........
