Guys i need help. Woke up this morning to find all most off my fish affected by the dreaded white spot.
I know the bucket method is the most effective way of getting rid of it & letting the tank run without for a month.

My question is can i do the bucket method with all affected fish in it the same time.

You can use the bucket method but for all fish at once you will need a very big bucket. And hope they dont fight in the bucket.

@marius, they are small fish i.e 2 clowns, 1 yellow doctor & coral beauty. all smallish.
@sieraaj, nah didnt add anything but rescaped the tank yesterday as my some rocks fell down. So rescaped to stabilize more. Maybe they stressed of the rescaping & it cause it.
I did notice my coral beauty had some slight spots last week but didnt look too serious.

Tel me how effective is copper medication. Neva tried it before.

1st thing is 'DNT STRESS' u may make matters worse, and stay away from copper meds unless u want to use it in a quarentine system...give it a few days, monitor fish closely,if its stress causined by rescape,it'll pass,if not try some herbatania,it shud do the trick

Ive also read alot up on running UV. Some say it works, some say it doesnt.
Opinions on this would be appreciated because ive got a uv sterilizer on my system. just need
    to power it up.

uv's work effectively, but the one that comes standard with the tl550 is pretty much useless, but hey, power it up,its worth the try and much better than medicatin your DT

Ok. I will monitor at first. I am actually thinking off putting them in a quarantine tank. Got a little jebo R338 in the garage. Ive done the bucket method before and it works perfect but its a lot of work. lol

Transferring them between buckets every 2nd day so that the parasite fall off bit by bit until its completely off.

if u have a qarenteen, i wud suggest copper with seachem cupramine. highest yield of ionic copper. its also, very simple to use.

ozone will also assist , to keep water free of any other irritants , as some say that the added irritants is what stresses the fish out even more, adding to risk of death
if you can keep water irritant free, then the fish will deal with the WS on its own.

Unfortunately my yellow doctor did not make it. But other fish seem to be fine and not so badly infected.
Turned on uv last night & will just monitor for now.

use the bucket method but make it like 40- 80 litre and you need 2 of them , i would also use seachem paraguard while they are in the bucket as an additional measure 5ml per 40 l at every water change, Uv can help but it has to be setup right and have thr right flow etc through it to help it wont cure but will reduce parasite numbers if it is done correctly, most Uv units available locally are not good for this purpose , you need to use professional ones that dont just kill bacteria and algae but can actually kill large parasites and these are expensive units usually. If you dont have corals you can medicate the entire tank with seachem paraguard just do water changes regularly every week and keep treating for at least a month

these are proper UV units! http://www.aquaultraviolet.com/sites/default/files/brochures/UV Charts Salt and Fresh Water.pdf

    @mornewil how's the fish doing?

Just a reminder that when using the bucket method you need
to do the swop between buckets at night or simulate night time.
This is because then parasites detach from their hosts at night time.
Also you can drop salinity "hypo" also affective in curing WS.
