Which heater ???

i have a 60L tank with a 40/45L sump.
i need some information on a heater
for my system, how many watts would i require?

Does the room temp fluctuate a lot or not.

not sure, but I reckon a 100W Jager would be good (do not know if your sump is long enough to house it as they are quite long) ..

the temp doesnt fluctuate as much and is pretty more stable,
my sump is 580 x 375 x 295

100w will easily keep this water heated, but be careful, if the heater becomes faulty it can boil your water.

My preferred brand is the Jager and will fit in your sump

im only gonna run a FOWLR with just two ocellaris clowns, 1 cleaner shrimp, 1 hermit crab and maybe a turbo snail for now

Yip, it has a thermostat control, not always totally accurate but approximate.
