Where can i catch a few hermits in durban?anbody?help!!

    Anyone know where i can catch a few hermits in durban:whistling:

    Hey man, where in Durban are you? I might be going to the beach this weekend if the weather is kind.

    Howsit buddy, im at riverside near birdpark, but i dont mind going all the way to the south coast to grab some!:biggrin:

    Cool, pm me ur contact details if u wana join me, I stay is isipingo beach, lots of those guys here,
    Low tide is at 10am so we should be on the beach by 9:30 latest, if its raining or windy
    Then I'm not getting outa bed :D hehe

    You will find them in any rock pool at low tide!!:1:

    Remember what you collect you must take responsibility for the rest of it's life. So be cool and remove only what you are able to sustain for the rest of their lives. IMO there are plenty cool things to collect and give a home to. Unfortunately eel's are not part of the fun thing a few months/years down the line when they become to big for your aquarium or you decide to immigrate/move or or or.... Leave the snowflakes to do it's thing unless you are committed to a very long relationship with it.

    Got it i do have a snow flake eel ,i am upgrading to a 800 liter tank,just for it:thumbup:

    Have'nt seen any red legs but if you look carefully (bigger shells) you can find blue eyed ones with one big claw - causes them to walk lop sided - heh - lol;)

    HAHA! What about star-fish??iv only ever seen the grey ones all over the place..:(...other colours??
