    Hi.

Ideally 25 - 27"C .. 25"C if possible and try to keep it stable as possible, dont let it fluctuate to much.

I have seen tanks running as low as 23deg and as warm as 29deg and all live stock in both situations was in good nick, the secret here is stability, keeping the temp fluctuations as low as possible. The cooler water has the advantage of a higher saturated oxygen content but slows down the livestock metabolism rates, at the higher temps the water has less diffused oxygen but the metabolism of the livestock equals increased growth rates. Most people choose the middle of the road at about 25deg and tends to suite most of our needs.

I use to be 26 degrees for my 2 Clowns but when I got my Bi-colour Blenny I came down to 25 degrees...he seems to be happier...I don't know, it just somehow stressed him a bit...went on the Internet and saw 72*F - 78*F...that's roughly 22.2*C - 25.5*C...which is the same for the Clowns but it somehow was a bit high for him...so IMHO..in my situation anyway,I guess you can just monitor their behaviour for a few days...

At the end of the day it depends on what is in your tank
    My tank is at 21c
I like more deep water/suptropic fish
