Thought this thread can let us all share funny/bad/strange things you found/saw in your tank when you got home from work/holiday.

I came home today and started to feed my fish, was looking for my goldie - just to find it sucked flat by my SEIO flow pump. It was swimming around the morning and ate well last night. The pump sucked its body nearly through the ribs(holes) at the inlet. Shame man! So my fish ate fish today, mmmm - minced intestines....

Come on people, share your findings - don't be shy now:nono:

Sorry Dean, I still laugh when I see this, cause the more I think of it, the more I realise that that specific Nennie could be the Culprtit on all my fish that dissapeared some time ago, same as the Urchin and the snails, oh and the brittle starfish.....LoL

It's possible, although the only reason it ate the powder blue was because the PB was very sick, it probably died in the night and just drifted onto the anemone.

My son though he had found an empty icecream tub in my sump so fished it out for me.

Was a container for my mushroom frags.

I don't have a pic of it, but I too found that my magnifica anemone "ate" my elongated surgeon.... it too was very sick with white-spot.... this is when I got home from work, my wife spotted the tail sticking out of the anemone's mouth.... The next day I only found a pile of carcass bones that the anemone "spit out" during the night...

Te chances are that the fish were dead or dying, no healthy fish should get sucked up by a p/h - as for the nem' if you want nems' you need to protect them from powerheads by putting guards round the intakes:)
