What is this?

I bought a new piece of rock and moved the corals in my 40 L Nano tank.
I saw something move on the rock.. See centre of the picture. Not sure what it is and whether good or bad. It's approx 3mm

Looks like aiptasia. Unfortunately bad but you can kill it. Dont wait too long because they spread. Can inject with vinegar, boiling water or peroxide.

Do I drop vinegar on it?

Apparently you have to inject it with a needle and syringe. Using peroxide you can just squirt it onto it. Not sure how good the peroxide method works but they say to get the 30% strength peroxide. Google it, there are a few videos on youtube

I used boiling water. Haven't seen it since. Hoping for a fast death! Thanks for your help
