what is this growth?

    HI guys what is this growing at the back of my tank?

    Never used to be there, and now it has this long tentacle type thing as per the pic below. Its white, has mouth like openings (little to the left of the tentacle thing)

    This is the same type of thing, different part of the tank.

    Oh, last thing, should i get rid of it? and how do i do that?

    Hi Dogstar - no - leave them. They are worms (vermitid worms, if I am not mistaken). They are a VERY good part of the cleanup crew! You will most likely see more start "appearing"...
