There are some really good ones that have separate sections for the different corals and fish types and how to care for them, all info must be taken with a pinch of salt however because in this hobby, what works for one person, could be....shit for another.

Also the marine hobby is ever changing with new techniques for filtration and new technologies so make sure you are aware of when the info source in question was published. A good example is the DSB(deep sand bed) and the whole Plenum Jaubert system first recognised in the 1980's when biological filtration was awesome and some people would never consider setting up a tank without a DSB, whereas some, mostly the past few years, feel a DSB inefficient and would rather use the sump space for reactors.

Most noteworthy though, be careful where you buy the books from, here in Gbay at bikini beach 2ndhand books, I bought a great book on marines for like R30, 2 days later in a LFS, saw the same book for R400!!!

I have the following coral book which is nice
Aquarium Corals: Selection, Husbandry, and Natural History by Eric H. Borneman

It gives a very nice description of the corals and the ways to identify them (particularly hard corals). Also gives a bit of info on their requirements in captivity.

For care of species in a tank:
Marine fishes: 500+ essential to know species by Scott W. Michael
Marine invertebrates: 500+ essential to know species by Ron Shimek

For ID'ing (contains practically ALL the coral reef fishes of the world):
Coral reef fishes by Lieske and Myers

    For disease (expensive):
Fish disease: diagnosis and treatment by Edward J. Noga

The Two Oceans book is also nice for ID'ing inverts, but it does leave out quite a few fish that you might catch.
