is there a need to feed??? whats its purpose?? wont feeding lead to high phosphates? has it been proved that feeding leads to success with corals? I do feed mostly frozen food ect. sorry for all the questions.

well feeding will help with coloration which becomes much more vibrant, the corals grow quicker and their flesh becomes meatier and healthier.
you will not suffer with P04 if you dont go over board and do your water changes .

myself with a small tank i have always done twice a week and the second time being just before a water change

I'm not feeding my corals directly or intentionally but I can see my blasto catches the odd piece of mysis I feed my fish.

I still dose fuel once a month or when I see the softies need a bit of a boost.

morning guys so just an update i been using reef roids for a very long time and its great however recently `i got ocean nutrition reef pulse for my first feed i saw a much better feeding response from my LPS and visually they seemed to have eaten alot faster instead of just letting it sit . the consistency is about the same as reef roids too .

def a product worth trying .
