I have personally had allot of "Sand sifting gobies" and they have all withered away and died! Unless you have allot of substrate and allot of goga's to match I say that they will not survive long term and hense in my opinion is cruel to keep them! A rockskipper is an awesome fish for any tank...maybe have a look at that!

If you want a nice goby who's gonna take care of your sand bed, have a look at Valenciennea Puellaris/Orange diamond goby. they are very nice and hardy, accepts most kind of food.

perhaps give us a little more info on your set up so that people dont suggest fish that might not work in a particular tank.

    what size is the tank?
what other inhabitants do you have or wish to keep. Ie what corals, shrimps etc would u like to have?

that way we can give suggestions that might be more applicable to u :)

Or i wana get any little fish wich i can put a few of them in the tank.
Maybe like 5 or 8 of them.

    My tank is 1200mm X 600mm X 550mm

Ive looked at some pics on the net now. And i saw a flipen nice tang. The Achilles tang.
Corals id like to get a leather finger, long tentical anemones for the nemos, musherooms, hamerheads and whatever looks nice and whatever my light unit will be right for.

Dont want any hard corals for now.
First want easy corals for the start. Dont want them to die on me.
Id rather start with the easy ones first and let them grow nicely and then when i feel positave then ill get more.

So what would you suggest ppl?

The Achilles tang is very beautiful but unfortunately is not recommended for newbies or new tanks. Also your tank is a little to small for a fully grown Achilles. I would recomend you look at one of the smaller tangs like a yellow.

The Achilles tang is very susceptible to white spot.

I was expecting that answer. Ag well then ill just have to wait untill my tank is well established and im not a newbie any more.

Then ill see if i can get a small one.
    It a beutiful fish.

    Thanx for the advice.

possibly one of my favourite tangs!! Think your tnak will is too small for one. They also a tricky fish to keep. Pricey as well.

Suggesting fish is difficult. Fish choice comes down to personal preference. Best thing to do is to spend some time looking at all the different fish and writing down the names of the ones you like. Post that list and we'll give you advice as to which fish will go together.

If you wanting smaller fish, look at things like basslets, chromis and the smaller reef-safe wrasses.

    Hi there

Yes i did that. I saw a nice wrasse aswell. Its a six line wrasse.
What do you think about that one?

I also like the neon goby, yellow tang, regal tang, powder blue,
orange diamond goby, lunar wrasse, fire goby, blue chrommis, and the antheas.

I hear the anthias feeding req are 4times a day?
Wich anthias only need to get fed twise a day?

I like the cleaner shrip aswell.

I think my next two fish will be yellow tang and a orange diamond goby.

What do you think of those two?

six line wrasse is a nice fish.

Thats a few two many tangs for your tank. Yellow tang should be fine as they dont get too big (you could also look at a scopas). Regal tangs get huge. Powder blues are prone to whitespot.
Lunar wrase is not reef safe.

have a look at the dwarf angels, maybe something like a flame angel, a lemonpeel angel, a jumping bean or a coral beauty.

note i say a, as in singular as they wont mix well in that size tank.

also have a look at fairy wrasses or guineafowl wrasses instead of lunars.
