I want to make a lid/cover for the tank to prevent fish from jumping out.

What are you guys using at the moment?

I was thinking about using a clear mesh, but I cannot find any?

if you dose vodka they don't jump as much, seem to be more lax. lol

on a serious note tho, you get a mesh geko mesh, in a tan colour that may work as well as white egg crate, depends on the application.

    What's jumping btw?

My banna wrasse and yellow wrasse love to jump.

I got mine at Builders Express or Builders Warehouse, by the Gardening Section...some are shade, some are wire..and then the one I got was plastic...like plastic mesh...not to fine, the 1st one I bought was to fine, blocked out most of the light...so I went for bigger "holes"...
