What can this be?

    Good day all!
    I've noted this little weird thingy in one of the little caves in my tank.
    Sometimes it goes "flat"....but most of the times it looks like this....

    It looks like it's attached to the rock - not moving at all...
    A day or two ago I've noted that it's going "flat" - realy flat..
    While he was going flat it expelled some solid waste "crapping"...:whistling:

    Could it be a tunicate? seems likely if it is stuck to one spot, harmless filter feeder.
